IC 5146 Cocoon Nebula
IC 5146 - Cocoon Nebula is a reflection / emission nebula in the constellation Cygnus. The surrounding area is a stellar nursery where star-formation is ongoing. Young stars can be seen in the emission nebula where gas has been ionized. The most massive star in the region is an estimated 15 times the mass of the sun.
